We have managed Triangle’s multi-featured web application since around 2011. It allows workers to complete any of the published Stars on-screen with a service user onling, using an engaging interface comprising the familiar Star graphics, while capturing data at the same time along with notes and an action plan. For Star readings completed on paper, there’s a ‘quick Star’ data entry tool that reduces clicks down to a minimum. Reports are accessible and easy to produce.

In addition to providing ongoing design and consultancy input, Jellymould provides a management function, second level support team and, since handing over first level support to Triangle we have helped the organisation to devise a helpdesk function internally, which we continue to support. Technical support is provided by Tappetyclick.
