Newsletters
Newsletters are a powerful way to regularly connect with the people who matter to you, whether they are your members, customers or service users. For some, a glossy printed newsletter is the best method of communication. For others, an emailable, interactive, customisable newsletter, linked to a database is much more in tune.
“Thank all of you, as ever, for your time and energy, your generosity and good humour. Everyone loves the end result.”

However, for many of the companies and charities we work with, there isn’t the time or expertise in-house to make it happen to the high standards they must achieve. This is where we can help.
Jellymould has six years experience in project managing the production of newsletters, including:
- consulting on your goals for the newsletter, whether it be to raise funds, build a community or provide important information
- working with you to decide on the contents of the newsletter - we usually suggest an editorial teleconference or meeting with the relevant people
- producing engaging, informative articles - either writing these from our own research, from interviews with you or a relevant expert, or converting long, technical reports into magazine-style features
- designing the newsletter and producing templates to make future issues more efficient
- commissioning and briefing writers, including non-professional writers such as staff or service users who are knowledge-holders or have an interesting story to tell
- devising house style guidance documents
- image production and sourcing, including illustration, diagrams and photography
- sourcing and managing the print process and organising delivery, often to tight timescales.
We can help you produce a professional, entertaining and informative newsletter that is designed to pull readers in and achieve your goals.
Alternatively, you could ask us to help with a single element of the newsletter such as writing one article or creating a set of illustrations.
